Payment must be received before items go into production or can be shipped.
e-Checks: If payment is made with an e-check, the payment has to clear before production begins. This means that e-check processing time will be added in addition to production and shipping time.

We do not ship with insurance unless purchased. Tracking information and delivery confirmation will be provided for domestic orders only.
Seller is not responsible for lost or damaged items which are uninsured. It is the full responsibility of the buyer to request and pay additional charges for all insurance.

If for whatever reason a package is returned to sender, buyer will be responsible for additional postage paid for a second delivery attempt. Please confirm your shipping address before placing an order to avoid delivery issues.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International orders ship out First Class International. Due to customs processing, orders can take between 7-21* days. This is an estimated time frame and may be delayed due to customs processing. International buyers will NOT receive tracking information or delivery conformation unless priority service is requested at the buyers expense.
** Any additional customs release charges/taxes (VAT) are the sole responsibility of the customer as they vary from region to region. These should be taken into consideration prior to purchase. We recommend researching your countries import regulations and fees before making a purchase. Due to this, if an order is return to sender due to buyer failing to pick up the item(s), the customer will be issued store credit only.

IMPORTANT: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to learn what these additional fees may be.

CUSTOM ORDER RETURNS:
We are unable to accept returns on custom Dreadlocks or other hair extensions as these items are specifically made for you. Please email us if there is a problem with your order and we would be happy to work out a solution. If a refund is determined appropriate, extensions will be subject to a 15% custom order production/re-stocking fee and must be received within our 14 day return window. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. *We highly recommend determining hair color and length prior to purchase to avoid any issues with your extensions. Please message us if you need assistance with determining hair color, or have any other questions. Custom Order Cancellation: Custom orders can be canceled with 48 hours only. Orders will be subject to a 15% production and re-stocking fee if canceled thereafter.
CUSTOM ORDER EXCHANGES: Dreadlocks & Hair Extensions
Due to sanitary concerns, Federal health regulations and Purple Finch hygiene policies prevent us from accepting hair extensions that have been used or opened. Each extension pack is labeled with a security void seal. Once this sticker has been opened the extensions are considered used.
We will gladly accept exchanges on all unopened hair extensions within 14 days from purchase receipt. We would like to reiterate that extension packages with opened security seals cannot be exchanged. No exceptions. This is standard in the hair extension industry. The security seal must be intact, extensions must be in the original packaging to receive an exchange credit.
Please note there will be a 15% custom order production & re-stocking fee for dreadlock & hair extension exchanges along with additional postage required. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs as well as any additional postage required for exchanges.
*To avoid having to exchange custom extensions due to length or hair color issues, please review listing photos and description for our hair color chart as well as information on how to measure length. We are always happy to help with color recommendations! You can contact us prior to purchase for hair color assistance.
ACCESSORY & OTHER ITEM EXCHANGES/RETURNS:
Most other items can be returned/exchanged within 14 days of receiving them as long as item(s) are unused and in original condition and packaging. Items must be received within 14 days to receive refund. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs as well as any additional postage required for exchanges. Order refunds will be processed once item is received. For dreadlock or other custom order returns please see above. Items will receive a full refund excluding any shipping costs incurred. If Item(s) are received after 14 days the buyer may be issued store credit only. The seller reserves the right to decline any return if it does not meet full return requirements
RETURNED PARCELS:
*If a parcel is returned to us due to an undelivered address or other delivery issue, buyer will be contacted and given a 2nd attempt shipping opportunity. If no response is received within 30 days, buyer will be issued store credit less 15% production/re-stocking fee for applicable items.

DREADLOCKS:
Please leave all your custom dreadlock choices in the note box at checkout. If no note is left we cannot guarantee that your selections will be added to your order. If you forget to leave a note at checkout out you can send us a message with your selections. We receive a high volume of messages on a daily basis. To prevent further order delay, messages sent after an order is placed MUST include your invoice number!
